Community Liaison - Home Care

Attentive Angels Home Care is seeking an ambitious, relationship-driven Community Liaison to help expand our presence throughout the Midland SC area, and surrounding markets.

As a key member of our revenue-generating team, you'll represent a trusted home care organization founded and led by Registered Nurse Davette Brown. You'll work alongside a collaborative, high-performing sales team dedicated to helping seniors and families access exceptional in-home care services.

Attentive Angels Home Care is a full-service, non-medical home care agency headquartered in Columbia, South Carolina. We provide compassionate in-home support to seniors, individuals with cognitive disabilities, and those recovering from surgery.

Our mission is built on dignity, respect, compassion, and exceptional service. Through our team of carefully screened Certified Nurse Aides and Personal Care Assistants, we help clients maintain independence and quality of life in the comfort of their homes.

We proudly serve Richland, Lexington, Fairfield, Sumter, Kershaw, Clarendon, and surrounding counties.

As a Community Liaison, you'll be responsible for building and strengthening referral relationships throughout your territory.

Coverage Area/Territory: Lexington, West Columbia, Orangeburg, Aiken & Surrounding Markets
Full-Time | Field-Based

• →Generate referrals and drive market growth through strategic sales activity.
• →Conduct regular in-person meetings, facility visits, presentations, and educational sessions.
• →Create and execute territory growth plans that maximize opportunities and market penetration.
• →Promote Attentive Angels' service offerings, differentiators, and commitment to exceptional client care.
• →Collaborate with operations and care teams to ensure a seamless transition from referral to service delivery.
• →Monitor competitive activity and identify opportunities to increase market share.
• →Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and referral development efforts.

Previous Home Care Sales Experience

Candidates with successful experience selling home care services, building referral networks, and increasing client census will be highly regarded and positioned for immediate success.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling abilities.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage a field-based territory.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
