Oceanside Services is seeking a strong, experienced HVAC Field Supervisor to lead, support, and elevate our residential HVAC operations. This role is ideal for a proven technician‑leader who combines deep technical knowledge with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold crews to the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support residential HVAC service and installation technicians in the field
  • Conduct ride‑alongs, jobsite visits, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure work meets code requirements, manufacturer specifications, and Oceanside Services’ quality standards
  • Provide real‑time coaching, technical guidance, and troubleshooting support
  • Address callbacks, escalations, and customer concerns with a solutions‑focused mindset
  • Reinforce safety practices, proper procedures, and professional conduct
  • Coordinate with dispatch, management, and leadership to optimize workflow and productivity
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and development of new technicians
  • Lead by example—technically, professionally, and culturally
  • 7+ years of residential HVAC experience, including leadership or lead‑tech responsibilities
  • Strong technical background in gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and controls
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and hold technicians accountable
  • Solid understanding of diagnostics, airflow, electrical systems, refrigeration, and combustion
  • EPA certification required (NATE preferred)
  • Strong organizational and decision‑making skills
  • Clear, professional communicator—calm under pressure
  • Customer‑first mindset with high emotional intelligence
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
