Real Alloy Recycling, LLC has a career opportunity available for a talented and safety-minded Equipment Operator to join the Morgantown, KY team. This position has a direct impact on the success of the Morgantown facility through the operation of mobile and hands-on equipment in our aluminum recycling process. 

 

 

If you are an individual who has a passion for growth, is team-oriented, and strives to work in a safety-first environment, then you are the person we would like on our team! The Equipment Operator must be able to operate mobile equipment, along with other tasks. Equipment operation and molten metals experience is highly preferred. Working on holidays, weekends and evening shift rotations are required. High School diploma or GED required.
