Production Associate High School Diploma or equivalent. Fork-truck operating experience is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to work a 2-week rotational shift (mornings, nights, afternoons).
REAL ALLOY is the market leader in third-party aluminum recycling and specification alloy production. We have 16 plants strategically located across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. We convert aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing number of applications across various industries. We are ideally positioned to respond to the needs of an increasingly recycling-conscious world. Advanced technologies enable us to process a large variety of scrap and dross and reduce the amount of residual waste from aluminum manufacturing that would otherwise end up as landfill. This position will be located in MISSISSAUGA, CANADA.

Join our Production Team and play a hands-on role in transforming recycled aluminum into high-performance products in our unionized facility.

Open roles with our Production Team start at $26.18/hour and increase to $29.09/hour after 3 months.
We offer 8-hour shifts Monday-Friday and selected candidates must be available to work each of the following shifts with a 2-week schedule rotation.
7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.

Requirements
~1 min read- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Fork-truck operating experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work a 2-week rotational shift (mornings, nights, afternoons).
- Able to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
- Able to maintain awareness of personal surroundings to safely avoid moving mobile equipment driving paths and molten aluminum processing paths.
