Within Workplace Services, Stock Plan Services (SPS) provides digital and operational capabilities that help corporate clients administer equity compensation programs and support reliable execution throughout the award lifecycle. The SPS Digital Product Management team is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to serve as a senior individual contributor responsible for the strategy, modernization, delivery, adoption, and performance of one or more assigned SPS capabilities. These capabilities may include stock plan administration, account and award readiness, pre-lapse and lapse workflows, tax-related functionality, client-facing tools, and operational modernization. The role combines customer and workflow discovery, strategic product leadership, technical and systems thinking, agile execution, and responsible use of AI to simplify complex processes, reduce risk, and deliver measurable client, operational, and business outcomes.
Responsibilities

- Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, product health, adoption, and outcomes for assigned SPS products and capabilities.
- Translate client and user needs, business goals, operational challenges, technology opportunities, and risk requirements into prioritized product strategies.
- Build outcome-driven roadmaps that balance client commitments, modernization, platform health, and long-term strategy.
- Use customer insights, product data, market trends, and clearly defined success measures to guide investment decisions and continuous improvement.
- Develop a deep understanding of the needs and workflows of plan sponsors, stock plan administrators, Client Service, Operations, and business and control partners.
- Evaluate downstream participant impacts and dependencies where SPS capabilities affect participant readiness or servicing outcomes.
- Identify customer and business problems through research, data, feedback, and workflow observation; test hypotheses through prototypes, experiments, and pilots.
- Use evidence to refine priorities and determine whether to scale, adjust, or stop investments while representing customer and user needs throughout the product lifecycle.
- Lead assigned capabilities supporting stock plan administration, including account and award readiness, lapse modernization, tax-related experiences, client-facing tools, and related workflows.
- Define product requirements across user experiences, business rules, data, reporting, integrations, APIs, and exception workflows.
- Replace fragmented and manual processes with integrated, reusable capabilities and appropriately governed automation.
- Apply a platform-wide perspective to identify reusable services, integration opportunities, trusted data sources, and strategic investments.
- Partner across Product, Client Service, Operations, UX, Architecture, Engineering, Data, Security, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to address dependencies, operational needs, and architectural trade-offs.
- Own assigned products and capabilities from discovery through launch, adoption, measurement, and optimization.
- Translate product direction into initiatives, features, stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
- Prioritize the backlog and lead planning, refinement, release readiness, and post-release evaluation with delivery partners.
- Manage dependencies, risks, scope, capacity, and trade-offs while maintaining accountability for results.
- Identify and evaluate AI-enabled and automation opportunities based on customer or user value, business impact, feasibility, data readiness, risk, and measurable outcomes.
- Build business cases, experiments, pilots, and success measures; recommend whether to scale, refine, or stop.
- Use approved AI tools to improve product work while validating outputs and retaining accountability.
- Partner with Engineering, Data, Security, Risk, Legal, and Compliance on responsible implementation, including privacy, security, transparency, monitoring, governance, and appropriate human oversight.
- Define and use product health, adoption, experience, efficiency, quality, and business measures to guide improvement.
- Influence decisions and align stakeholders across business and technology without direct authority.
- Communicate strategy, priorities, progress, risks, trade-offs, recommendations, and outcomes to delivery teams, partners, and senior leaders.

Requirements
~2 min read- 5+ years of product management, digital product ownership, or related experience.
- Experience owning complex digital products or capabilities from discovery through launch, measurement, and optimization.
- Strong discovery, research, workflow analysis, experimentation, roadmap, business-case, prioritization, and backlog-management skills.
- Working knowledge of integrated digital platforms—including APIs, data services, user interfaces, business rules, workflows, and systems of record—sufficient to make informed product decisions and trade-offs with Engineering, Architecture, and Data partners.
- Ability to lead through influence across business, technology, UX, architecture, operations, risk, and product teams.
- Strong analytical, systems-thinking, agile delivery, facilitation, presentation, and executive-communication skills.
- Ability to evaluate AI and automation opportunities and partner on responsible implementation, including governance, privacy, security, monitoring, and human oversight.
- Ownership, curiosity, resilience, and initiative in ambiguous environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in stock plan services, equity compensation, brokerage, wealth management, retirement, fintech, or another complex regulated industry.
- Candidates with strong B2B or B2B2C product experience in adjacent domains are also encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with equity-award processing, account or award readiness, tax withholding, servicing, or plan-administration workflows.
- Experience with B2B or B2B2C platforms, legacy modernization, product analytics, or scalable automation.
- Experience developing, piloting, or launching AI-enabled products, intelligent automation, or agentic workflows, particularly in a regulated or high-trust environment.
- Experience using approved generative-AI or emerging-technology tools to improve product discovery, analysis, requirements, experimentation, or decision-making.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, scaled planning, product discovery, or lean portfolio practices.
- Certified Equity Professional certification—or progress toward certification.
