Senior Offer Manager Retirement Investment Products

Charles Schwab Workplace Services is seeking a strategic and experienced product and offer management leader to help shape the future of retirement investment solutions for plan sponsors and participants. This role will lead the evaluation, development, and management of investment-related products and strategic initiatives across the retirement platform, including retirement income solutions, stable value funds, collective investment trusts (CITs), alternative investments, and other emerging opportunities.

The successful candidate will serve as a product strategist, business owner, and subject matter expert who can navigate complex regulatory, operational, technology, and vendor ecosystems. This individual will partner closely with Investment Management, Sales, Service, Operations, Digital, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and external providers to define product vision, evaluate market opportunities, and deliver solutions that improve client outcomes while advancing Schwab's Workplace business objectives.

• →Lead strategic assessment, product development, and lifecycle management for retirement investment products and related Workplace offerings.
• →Evaluate emerging market trends, competitor capabilities, regulatory developments, and client needs to identify new growth opportunities.
• →Develop business cases, product definitions, and executive recommendations for new investment solutions, including retirement income, stable value, alternative investments, and future innovation initiatives.
• →Serve as a product owner and subject matter expert for assigned offerings, ensuring operational readiness, risk management, and ongoing product optimization.
• →Partner with internal stakeholders to define product requirements and coordinate delivery across Digital, Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Service teams.
• →Manage strategic relationships with external providers, recordkeepers, asset managers, middleware firms, and other partners.
• →Support enterprise governance processes, executive presentations, and leadership decision-making through data-driven analysis and recommendations.
• →Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to improve adoption, client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business results.
• →Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader within Workplace Services on retirement product trends.

To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.

• 7+ years of product management, retirement industry, wealth management, investment products, or financial services experience.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and business case development capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.

• Direct experience with retirement plans, recordkeeping platforms, retirement income products, managed accounts, stable value funds, CITs, or alternative investments.
• Working knowledge of ERISA, retirement plan operations, fiduciary considerations, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience working with third-party providers, asset managers, and fintech partnerships.
• Familiarity with product development methodologies, governance processes, and implementation planning.
