Role Overview |
The Packaging Lead is responsible for coordinating line workers’ activities to ensure their assigned packaging goals are met in compliance with all quality and safety SOPs and cGMP’s. The successful candidate will monitor, manage, and maintain equipment, operators, and processes to ensure compliance to GMP’s and safety standards. This is a working Lead role and will be required to support a station on the line. The ideal candidate will also have strong interpersonal, communication, teamwork, time management and organizational skills, will be highly motivated, self-directed, and accountable, and will have the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff across the organization. |
