This is a commission-only role for a senior, independent technical recruiter who thrives in startup environments and is comfortable owning the full recruitment lifecycle.

You will work directly with startup founders and hiring leaders, managing high-impact technical searches with minimal oversight. This role is performance-driven and designed for recruiters who value autonomy and results.

Responsibilities

  • Represent TopTechTalent.ai with professionalism, speed, and integrity

Requirements

  • Strong, active network of engineers and technical professionals

  • Proven track record of closing mid-to-senior level technical roles

  • Ability to operate independently with full ownership of searches

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong performance mindset
