Director of Nursing (DON)

Twelve Oaks Recovery Center is seeking a Director of Nursing (RN) to lead clinical operations across detox and residential programs. This is a high-impact leadership role with strong corporate support, a collaborative team, and the opportunity to shape care delivery in a respected, mission-driven environment.

As Director of Nursing, you will lead nursing operations across detox and residential levels of care, ensuring safe, compliant, and patient‑centered clinical services. You’ll play a key role in fostering a positive culture, supporting staff development, and maintaining the highest standards of care.

• →Provide strategic and day‑to‑day leadership for all nursing operations
• →Oversee clinical quality, patient safety, and performance improvement initiatives
• →Support individualized treatment planning and continuity of care
• →Collaborate closely with medical, clinical, and behavioral health leadership
• →Mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff and frontline leaders
• →Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulatory standards

• Active RN license (FL or compact eligible)
• 3+ years RN experience (behavioral health preferred)
• 2+ years leadership experience (Manager, Supervisor, DON)
• Experience in detox, psych, or addiction treatment is a plus
