The Director of Jewish Partnerships collaborates on the strategic development and execution of multifaceted collaborations with Jewish movements, synagogues, and community-based organizations nationwide. By leading key initiatives such as Kulanu: Synagogues in Action Against Antisemitism, this role seamlessly connects ADL’s institutional expertise with grassroots community reach. The Director equips the broader Jewish community to actively prevent and respond to antisemitism. 

• Collaborate on strategy and drive execution of initiatives with Jewish religious movements and congregations.  
• Deepen partnerships with Jewish audiences to mobilize more people join in the fight against antisemitism.   
• Oversee the execution and growth of Kulanu: Synagogues in Action Against Antisemitism; 
• Support regional partnership strategies, develop program strategy to steward relationships with new and existing partnerships, incorporating ideas for continuous improvement and expansion;  
• Manage relationships with organizational partners and identify opportunities to strengthen and expand them; 
• Design and implement innovative programming and content to strengthen ADL’s ties to diverse segments of the Jewish community while advancing goals to fight antisemitism and build a just, inclusive society. 

• Collaborate with the Leadership team to develop thematic, program and speaker ideas, as well as recruitment campaigns, for the annual Summit and other events, as requested. 
• May take on future people-management responsibilities—including team leadership and direct supervision—as the function expands.  
• Represent the agency at national conferences through presentations, panel discussions and professional engagement to advance the organizational priorities and expand strategic partnerships.

• The ideal candidate has significant years’ experience and can demonstrate an increase in skills, responsibility and leadership in organizations connected to community engagement, government affairs partnerships, relationship-building within the Jewish community, or other community-based organizations. 
• Proven track record of building and activating coalitions across community-based organizations to drive shared initiatives. 
• Comprehensive understanding of the Jewish landscape, including but not limited to denominations, organizations and synagogues is necessary. 

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required. 

• ADL is a hybrid environment; this role requires 3 days in the office;  
• Travel throughout the US likely 20-25%.
