Requirements Analyst/ Systems Analyst

All Native Group, a division of Ho Chunk Incorporated, is seeking a Requirements Analyst / Systems Analyst to support the US Drug Enforcement Agency enterprise data management program. This role bridges customer stakeholders and the technical delivery teams, gathering and documenting requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications, and supporting systems analysis across the enterprise data warehouse, reporting, search, and analytics workstreams. 

• Elicit, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements from government stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and user stories for delivery teams.
• Support systems analysis across data warehouse, reporting, application, and analytics workstreams.
• Facilitate requirements sessions and maintain requirements traceability.
• Coordinate with developers, data engineers, and analysts to ensure requirements are met throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support user acceptance testing and validate delivered capabilities against documented requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.

• 5+ years of experience in requirements analysis, systems analysis, or business analysis on IT programs.
• Experience documenting requirements and technical specifications in an Agile development environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience working with data management, reporting, or application development teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or comparable application lifecycle management tools.
• Experience supporting federal data or analytics programs.

• Must be able to work indoor conditions 90% of the time.

This is a full-time position with flexible hours based on mission requirements. 

No travel is expected for this position. 

Bachelor’s degree in data science or a related quantitative field. Experience can be considered in lieu of education
