Life Enrichment Assistant/Independent Living Transportation Driver-Milford

We're seeking a compassionate and energetic team member to create engaging resident experiences and provide safe transportation for outings and appointments.

• →Lead resident activities and events.
• →Welcome new residents and assist with community tours.
• →Provide transportation for appointments and outings.
• →Drive a 14-passenger community bus.
• →Support resident engagement, volunteer programs, and special events.
• →Assist with seasonal decorations and community communications.
• →Deliver exceptional customer service.

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to obtain a Chauffeur's License within 90 days of hire.
• Comfortable driving a 14-passenger bus.
• Experience in senior living, activities, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Availability to work weekends and occasional special events.
