• →Plan and lead engaging resident activities and events.
• →Welcome and orient new residents.
• →Assist with community tours and special events.
• →Provide transportation for resident outings and appointments.
• →Support volunteer programs and seasonal decorations.
• →Utilize technology and social media to promote resident engagement.
• →Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain resident satisfaction.

• Experience in activities, recreation, senior living, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic technology and social media skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Availability to work weekends and occasional evenings or special events.
