• →Assist residents with daily activities, including personal care, dressing, grooming, mobility, dining, and reminders.
• →Encourage participation in social events, activities, and community programs.
• →Build positive relationships with residents and help enhance their quality of life.
• →Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or behavioral well-being.
• →Respond promptly and compassionately to resident requests and emergencies.
• →Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
• →Complete required documentation and communicate effectively with team members.
• →Follow community policies, safety procedures, and training requirements.

• Compassionate, patient, and service-oriented attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience working with seniors, assisted living, memory care, or healthcare is a plus.
• CNA certification preferred, but not required.
