Driving our 3.5-tonne vans to and from prospect, customer and event venues. Loading/unloading the van and setting up event equipment. Serving food to customers and prospects as part of tasting events.
Essential: Full UK manual driving licence (held for at least 2 years). Willingness to travel across the UK, including overnight stays (typically twice per week). Comfortable with physical work and early starts.
Salary for this role is £28,000-£30,000 per annum + bonus + benefits

Responsibilities

- →Loading/unloading the van and setting up event equipment
- →Heating and preparing food to expected standards
- →Food safety compliance
- →Serving food to customers and prospects as part of tasting events
- →Supporting sales team members on-site during events
- →Working with the sales team to plan logistics and event schedules
- →Keeping vans and event equipment clean, safe, and road/event ready
- Full UK manual driving licence (held for at least 2 years)
- Passion for customer service
- Experience in a customer service role
- Organised and able to manage your time
- A dependable, can-do attitude and good timekeeping
- Able to work independently and use initiative
- Team player - able to work with others to achieve shared goals
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to travel across the UK, including overnight stays (typically twice per week)
- Comfortable with physical work and early starts
- Flexible approach to working hours (including occasional weekends)
- Experience in a driving or delivery role
- Experience serving food in a hospitality setting
- Experience setting up or supporting events
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
- Basic Health & Safety knowledge
- HGV Driving Licence Preferred
