Events Assistant & Driver

Salary for this role is £28,000-£30,000 per annum + bonus + benefits

Wiltshire Farm Foods, our sister company, is the UK’s largest ready meal supplier cooking and delivering over 330 different delicious frozen ready meals across the UK.

• →Driving our 3.5-tonne vans to events
• →Loading/unloading the van and setting up event equipment
• →Heating and preparing food to expected standards
• →Food safety compliance
• →Serving food to customers and prospects as part of tasting events
• →Supporting sales team members on-site during events
• →Working with the sales team to plan logistics and event schedules
• →Keeping vans and event equipment clean, safe, and road/event ready

• Full UK manual driving licence (held for at least 2 years)
• Passion for customer service
• Experience in a customer service role
• Organised and able to manage your time
• A dependable, can-do attitude and good timekeeping
• Able to work independently and use initiative
• Team player - able to work with others to achieve shared goals
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to travel across the UK, including overnight stays (typically twice per week)
• Comfortable with physical work and early starts
• Flexible approach to working hours (including occasional weekends)

• Experience in a driving or delivery role
• Experience serving food in a hospitality setting
• Experience setting up or supporting events
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
• Basic Health & Safety knowledge
• HGV Driving Licence Preferred
