The Department of Athletics at California State University, Fullerton, invites applications for the Women’s Assistant Basketball Coach position with an appointment to begin Summer 2026.

• →Bachelor’s degree required
• →Three years of Basketball coaching experience at any level or 4 years playing experience at any collegiate level
• →Proven ability to recruit highly skilled student-athletes and a demonstrated commitment to their satisfactory academic progress
• →Possession of excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• →Ability to interact successfully with a wide and culturally diverse range of students and to work harmoniously with students and colleagues
• →Demonstrated competitive on-court coaching ability and skills
• →Must be able to operate a motor vehicle for university needs.
• →A clean driving record

• Collegiate Basketball coaching or playing experience and knowledge of various scouting and video editing software systems
