Responsibilities

- →Counseling students in order to determine their eligibility for Title IV funding, institutional loans, agency assistance, scholarships, and Federal Work Study
- →Answering questions and providing continued support to students throughout the financial aid process via a variety of communication methods
- →Supporting the success of continuing and new students by helping them understand and overcome personal, social, and behavioral problems affecting their educational or vocational situations
- →Responsible for meeting assigned productivity goals

Requirements

- Associates degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience with data entry elements; financial aid experience preferred, but not required.
- Flexibility to work some evenings and/or Saturdays.
- A high degree of professionalism and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
- Exceptional ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task in an extremely dynamic environment.
- Effective problem-solving skills, and a strong desire to help those who have questions or seek resolutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills to include knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).What We Are Offering You:
