In-Store Sales Lead Generator

 American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores.

As an In-Store Sales Representative / Lead Generator, you will:

• →Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• →Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• →Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• →Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• →Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• →Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• →Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• →Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.

You don't need HVAC experience to be successful. We are looking for people who are:

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
