About the Role

~2 min read

This role exists to build the operational engine that enables Patient Operations to scale with quality, speed, and impact. You’ll turn ambiguity into structure and insight into execution - shaping how we serve patients globally.

For example, you might identify systemic backlog drivers and design a capacity attack plan to eliminate them within weeks; build automated reporting that gives leadership real-time visibility into performance; or map the full patient journey and implement governance that measurably improves CSAT and NPS.

  • Autonomous problem-solving. You’ll tackle some of the toughest operational challenges in the business, including ticket backlogs, system/process building and experience/cost analysis.
  • Drive operational excellence. Identify gaps in current processes and implement innovative solutions. Build business cases and execute automation, self-serve, and AI initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
  • Build and enhance systems. Build world-class systems and processes for workforce planning, reporting automation and process design.
  • Drive continuous improvement. Create a culture of continuous improvement in our offshore teams. Establish governance, performance standards and continuous improvement loops.
  • Champion our patients. Strengthen Patient Voice through journey mapping, feedback systems (CSAT/NPS), and impact analysis
  • Grow team engagement. Improve team experience, satisfaction and retention.
  • Cultivate strong cross functional relationships. Partner cross-functionally (Analytics, UK Ops, People, Product, Patient Operations, Learning & Knowledge Management) to implement structural improvements
  • 1–3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or a fast-paced startup
  • Highly proactive and ownership-driven - you identify what needs to be done and move
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solver, comfortable with data and ambiguity
  • Experienced working cross-functionally and driving initiatives from idea to implementation
  • Clear, concise communicator with strong project management instincts
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-accountability environments and care about making a real impact in healthcare
  • You’re happy to join us 3 times a week in our CBD office in Sydney (Hybrid)
