Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Designer to join us on a freelance basis— leading concept development and crafting visually compelling, on-brand work across campaigns and patient-facing experiences.

• Lead concept development and visual design across print, digital and OOH (billboards, packaging, social, TVC storyboards)
• Develop compelling creative concepts from high-level briefs, with strategic, brand-led thinking
• Lead and execute high-impact design projects end-to-end, on brand and on time
• Produce high-quality assets across brands — digital campaigns, in-app content, web and mobile, and print
• Art direct campaign and product shoots (moodboards, wardrobe, styling, lighting and set)
• Maintain and evolve design systems and shared libraries to support creative efficiency
• Apply channel performance data and customer insight to creative direction
• Liaise with external partners and vendors to create real-world assets
• Review and mentor junior and mid-level designers to keep the craft bar high

• 5+ years' agency, in-house studio or brand experience at a mid or senior level
• A proven track record delivering design across multiple brands and deliverables, prioritising by outcomes
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma and related tools
• A strong understanding of user-centred design principles
• An excellent communicator who collaborates effectively across functions
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects to tight deadlines
• A strong portfolio spanning web, mobile and print

• Motion design (After Effects) and video editing / production (Premiere Pro)
• Experience in tech, healthcare or wellness
