Senior Program Analyst/Financial Analyst IV

• →A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 10 years of experience with Government financial and budget cycles (Allowable Substitution: High School degree with a minimum of 15 years of experience with Government financial and budget cycles).
• →Experience with Government financial systems.
• →Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.
• →Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
• →This position operates in a hybrid environment with 2x a week being performed onsite and 3x a week being performed via telework. Fully remote candidates are not being considered at this time.

• Prior experience with Navy ERP or similar DoD accounting software.
• Experience managing complex Science and Technology (S&T) program financials. 
• Experience in Earned Value Management (EVM) and/or other cost analysis. 
• Possess experience with government planning, forecasting, program budgeting, funding, and execution monitoring, and reporting against commitment, obligation, and expenditure benchmarks. 
• Possess excellent computer skills (highly desirable), with particular emphasis on PowerPoint and associated graphics and presentation development software.

Salary range: $90,000 - $104,000 (The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.)
