Software Automation Test Engineer

• →Designing and implementing robust, scalable, and maintainable automation test suites using industry-standard tools and frameworks (e.g., PyElement, Selenium, Cypress, Robot Framework, etc.).
• →Developing and maintaining reusable test automation libraries, utilities, and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage
• →Collaborating with software developers, product managers, and quality assurance teams to understand requirements, identify test scenarios, and prioritize automation efforts.
• →Analyzing and interpreting test results, generate detailed reports, and providing recommendations for improving the software development lifecycle.
• →Automating end-to-end testing, integration testing, regression testing, and other types of testing for use on hardware as required.
• →Continuously optimizing and refining the automation test suites to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency.

• 3-5 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on test automation is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required. Additional certifications in software testing, automation, or agile practices (e.g., ISTQB, CSAA, CSM) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Python is required. Additionally, having proficiency in Java, JavaScript, C# is favorable.
• Professional, hands-on experience in designing, writing and implementing automated test frameworks and scripts for software on hardware using tools like PyElement (highly preferred), Selenium, Cypress, Robot Framework, or similar is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles and software testing best practices is essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about testing challenges are necessary.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Excellent business communication and collaboration skills with the ability to relate well and work effectively with customers, cross-functional teams and co-workers is essential. 

• Additional experience in performance testing, security testing, and other specialized testing domains is a plus.
• Experience in test automation framework development and maintenance is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms and containerization technologies is advantageous.

• A competitive pay of $28-$30/hr., depending on experience.
