About the Role
~1 min readThis is a high-impact leadership role at the center of BGCA’s national fundraising strategy.
The Managing Director, Corporate Partnerships leads a significant portfolio of national corporate relationships while overseeing a regional teams (Pacific, Southwest, and Midwest) responsible for generating more than $40M in revenue. This role blends strategy, revenue leadership, and team development, with a focus on expanding partnerships across new industries and deepening existing relationships.
You will operate as a senior leader within the Resource Development function, partnering closely with executive stakeholders, marketing, and cross-functional teams to unlock growth and drive enterprise-wide impact.
This is a role for a builder and a leader, someone who can translate strategy into action, open doors, and inspire both teams and partners around a shared mission.

- Set clear expectations and drive accountability for revenue and partnership outcomes
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture aligned to BGCA values
- Own and deliver on a $40M+ corporate partnerships portfolio
- Develop and execute strategies to secure new partnerships across emerging industry verticals
- Expand and diversify the donor base through proactive prospecting and relationship development
- Forecast revenue with accuracy and integrity
- Serve as a senior relationship lead for key national corporate partners
- Identify partner priorities and align BGCA opportunities to deliver mutual value
- Lead complex, multi-year partnership negotiations and renewals
- Ensure strong stewardship through consistent engagement, reporting, and impact storytelling
- Partner with Marketing, Cause Partnerships, and Resource Development leaders to drive integrated growth strategies
- Engage with executive leadership and board networks to unlock new opportunities
- Contribute to enterprise strategic planning and cross-functional initiatives
- Monitor performance across the portfolio and implement improvements
- Ensure consistent use of tools, reporting, and partnership management practices
- Lead special projects and contribute to best practices across the function

- Contributing to enterprise-wide Resource Development goals and collaboration
Requirements
~1 min read- 15+ years of experience in fundraising, sales, or corporate partnership development
- Proven track record of securing and growing high-value corporate relationships
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and influence across stakeholders
- Strong business acumen with experience in revenue forecasting and pipeline management
- Experience in nonprofit, cause marketing, or mission-driven environments preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

What We Offer
~1 min readThe salary range for this role is $161,150 to $217,000. BGCA takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training and experience, as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level.
