• →Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls, maintenance appointments, and emergency repairs.
• →Prioritize service requests based on urgency and technician availability.
• →Monitor and adjust schedules to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
• →Receive and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• →Provide customers with information about service availability, estimated arrival times, and any potential delays.
• →Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs or concerns.
• →Inform customers of the status of their service calls and any changes to scheduled appointments.
• →Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and technician activities.
• →Enter data into the company's dispatch and customer management systems.
• →Generate and distribute reports on service performance, technician productivity, and customer satisfaction.

• →2+ years of dispatch experience
• →2+ years of customer service experience
• →Service Titan experience preferred
• →Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• →Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• →Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• →Attention to detail and accuracy.
• →The capacity to function both individually and collaboratively is essential.
