• Schedule: 

• Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM 

• Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling 

• Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs 

• Hours are not guaranteed

• →Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings 

• →Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism 

• →Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients 

• →Collect and record data to track client progress 

• →Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress 

• →Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members 

• →Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development 

• →Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards 

• At least 18 years old 

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• Reliable attendance and punctuality 

• Reliable transportation 

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 

• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently 

• Passion for helping children and families 

• Strong communication and teamwork skills 

• Must obtain Florida Driver License before end of training 

• Fingerprinting for Florida Medicaid is required
