BlueSprig has a BCBA job opening in Dublin, California Severe Behavior Center. As our Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you’ll lead a team of behavior technicians, build individualized intervention plans, and work with families and clinicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy.

This specialized setting is built for clinicians who want to make a meaningful impact while working with increased staff-to-client ratios, advanced safety protocols, and strong clinical collaboration.

What We Offer

✓Base Salary: $85,000 – $96,000

✓Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000 – $18,000 (paid monthly)

✓Sign On Bonus: $5,000–$20,000 (depending on start date and location)
