Responsibilities

→Run smooth, organized shifts with strong food quality and fast ticket times
→Maintain top food safety standards (AHS compliance, logs, P1 checks always complete)
→Keep kitchen clean, audit-ready, and free of critical violations
→Control food waste, portioning, and follow proper prep, labeling, and FIFO
→Support and coach team members; ensure accountability and performance
→Handle issues quickly (quality, safety, equipment) and communicate with management
→Ensure all checklists, logs, and shift duties are completed accurately

Requirements

2+ years kitchen supervisor experience in a fast-paced environment or 4+ years experince in restaurant kitchen with some supervisory experience
Food Safety Certificate required
Strong knowledge of food safety, preparation, and sanitation standards
Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude
Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
