We’re looking for a Line Supervisor to join our team at Boston Pizza. If you’re a strong team leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in food quality and service, and enjoys helping others succeed, we’d love to have you on board!
As a Line Supervisor, you’ll help lead the kitchen team during daily operations, ensuring food is prepared to Boston Pizza standards while maintaining a clean, organized, safe, and efficient kitchen. You’ll support the Kitchen Manager and management team while providing direction, coaching, and hands-on leadership to the line team.
- Previous kitchen, line cook, or supervisory experience is an asset
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and focused during busy rush periods
- Ability to give clear direction and hold team members accountable
- Strong understanding of food quality, cleanliness, and food safety
- Reliable, dependable, and able to take initiative
- Positive attitude and ability to motivate and support a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Supervise and support kitchen staff during assigned shifts
- →Coordinate the line to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
- →Maintain Boston Pizza standards for food quality, portioning, presentation, and consistency
- →Monitor kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety procedures
- →Help organize prep, station setup, and closing duties
- →Provide direction and coaching to team members throughout the shift
- →Support training and onboarding of new kitchen employees
- →Help manage kitchen flow during busy periods and resolve issues quickly
- →Communicate effectively with front-of-house and management teams
- →Monitor inventory and communicate product shortages or operational concerns
- →Ensure proper completion of opening, shift-change, and closing procedures
- →Lead by example and maintain a positive, respectful team environment
- →Assist management with achieving operational, service, and labour goal
