Secondary Marketing Coordinator *TruHome Solutions

The position is responsible for ensuring accurate pricing on all mortgage loans and assisting with the management of the pipeline and interest-rate risk.

• →Process lock requests from loan officers and ensure accurate pricing before granting the request.
• →Review all investor’s guideline updates and disseminate information to appropriate management, staff and LO’s.
• →Daily analysis of all investor rates upon morning releases and any updates throughout the day.
• →Daily update & production of rate sheets to all staff and LO’s within guidelines and margins as set by management.
• →Work with LO’s in determining pricing scenarios and negotiating price adjustments as necessary within the parameters as set by management.
• →Contact and facilitate error resolution with investors as needed.
• →Promotes honest and open communication throughout the organization.
• →Demonstrate behaviors that are consistent with the organizations’ values, philosophies, and leadership characteristics.
• →Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
• Extensive knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA and other secondary market pricing and eligibility requirements.
• Ability to resolve interpersonal conflict and miscommunications.
• Keenly aware of timing to fulfill required deadlines
• Knowledge of spreadsheet software and ability to use word processing software.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Must be able to be bonded.
• Must be self-motivating and task oriented.
