Pay rate: $30.00 hourly

• →Provide 1:1 respite care for families of a child or adult with developmental disabilities
• →Gastronomy Tube (g-tube) Care and Feeding
• →Take vital signs and administer medication
• →Trach Care (very rarely, do not need to have experience in this)
• →Check blood sugar and administer insulin injection
• →Seizure Management – may need to give medication if ordered and ensure safety
• →Document on nursing notes every visit
• →Be a support to clients and their family members
• →Monitor and report changes in client care and/or behavior

• Active CA. LVN License
• CPR certification
• Physical within the last 6 months and recent TB test
• Current TB test, current physical, Valid CPR card and First Aide (within 30 days of hire)
• Must have 1 year of experience
• Clear criminal background
