We are looking for Innovation Partners to join our Technology Directorate and act as trusted advisors across Change Grow Live Services. This exciting role will help foster a culture of innovation, curiosity, and continuous improvement, supporting both operational and central teams to harness technology in new and impactful ways.

→Comfortable working across multiple teams and subject areas.
→Experienced in technology, digital transformation, business change, or continuous improvement environments.
→Able to translate technical concepts into clear and meaningful business language.
→Solution-focused, collaborative, and relationship-driven.

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
