- →Lived Experience or Understanding of Substance Use Challenges: Your personal journey or understanding of substance use and recovery gives you a unique perspective and ability to empathise with those you support.
- →A Desire to Lead and Inspire: If you’re not experienced in facilitating groups yet, you’re eager to learn. You are confident in building connections, engaging others, and handling challenges with empathy and professionalism.
- →Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: You are a great listener, a clear communicator, and comfortable learning new IT skills to enhance your work.
