Requirements

Responsibilities

→Partnership Working: Collaborate with HM Probation Service, Court Services, and partners in the wider Criminal Justice System.
→Assessment: Conduct suitability assessments for ATR/DRR Orders and personalised assessments for individuals entering treatment via these orders.
→Continuity of Care: Liaise with the Community Criminal Justice team to ensure effective continuity of care for all service users.
→Monitoring: Monitor and obtain court outcomes, relaying information to wider teams.
→Interventions: Support the wider Criminal Justice team with interventions such as conditional cautions and Required Assessments.

Experience: Supporting individuals with complex barriers to success.
Knowledge: Understanding of the Criminal Justice System and effective interventions to reduce drug-related crime.
Collaboration: Experience working with Criminal Justice Partnerships.
