About the Role

Leading and supporting our administration team
Managing data collection, reporting, and quality assurance processes
Producing performance reports and analysing trends
Acting as the service expert for CRiiS, NDTMS, and local reporting systems
Supporting managers with office systems, health & safety, and compliance
Able to deliver training, supervision, and development to administrative staff
Presenting performance information to commissioners and stakeholders

Experience supervising or leading a team
Excellent IT and data management skills
Strong organisational and communication abilities
Knowledge of administrative processes within drug and alcohol treatment services
Confidence working with reporting systems and performance data
A proactive approach and commitment to high-quality service delivery
