Through the Gate Coordinator

 

 

Join our team at HMP Channings Wood as a Through the Gate Worker and help people prepare for life beyond prison. You'll support individuals approaching release to access treatment, healthcare, and community services, helping them build positive futures, sustain recovery, and successfully reintegrate into their communities.

 

Experience in substance misuse, criminal justice, mental health, social care, or a related field can be beneficial, but it isn't essential. If you have strong people skills, can build positive relationships, and are passionate about helping others, we'll provide the training and support needed to help you succeed in the role.

 

This is an exciting time to join us. HMP Channings Wood is preparing for a significant prison expansion, creating opportunities for career development and progression within a growing service.
