Manufacturing Accountant (Remote)

• →Manage monthly close activities related to manufacturing operations.
• →Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, and production variances.
• →Maintain standard costing and support annual cost updates.
• →Prepare financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and performance analyses.
• →Reconcile inventory and support physical inventory counts.
• →Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• →Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• →Support continuous improvement initiatives and ERP system enhancements.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA designation (or working toward CPA) preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills
• Strong understanding of inventory accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.

• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functional teams.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
