• →Provide courteous, attentive service to residents, guests, and team members
• →Set up dining room tables to create a welcoming environment
• →Take resident and guest orders and serve meals promptly with care
• →Follow all food safety, sanitation, and service standards
• →Clear and clean tables to maintain a comfortable dining experience
• →Communicate effectively with residents, honoring their preferences and needs
• →Support a culture of respect, kindness, and hospitality in every interaction

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check
• Previous food service experience preferred but not required
• Patience and a genuine enjoyment of working with seniors
