Credentialing Specialist

As a Credentialing Specialist, you will be responsible for credentialing/re-credentialing provider files, which includes data entry, contacting providers, obtaining missing application information and report generation.

• →Review and complete credentialing/re-credentialing files submitted to ComPsych
• →Contact providers, by phone or mail, to request missing information
• →Complete credentialing/re-credentialing process on submitted files within designated timeframes
• →Appropriately identify "red flag" files and route files for resolution
• →Perform queries on designated providers to obtain written reports, review for incidents within designated timeframes
• →Other duties as assigned

• 2 years of data extry work experience preferred 
• Associates Degree minimum and/or applicable experience required.
• Ability to multi-task; great organization skills
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
• Superior communication skills
