Responsibilities
~1 min readThe IT Security Operations Manager will oversee daily security operations, lead a team of security professionals, and help maintain a strong enterprise security posture. This role will manage security monitoring and incident response, vulnerability management, threat hunting, security reporting, and cybersecurity initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have:
- →Leading and developing a Security Operations team
- →Managing enterprise security tools including SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, and DLP
- →Incident response, threat hunting, and security monitoring
- →Cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance, including NIST, CIS, PCI DSS, HIPAA, and SOX
- →Windows, Linux, Active Directory, Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365 security
- →Working across infrastructure, network, cloud, and application teams
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field
- 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, project management, and leadership skills
- Experience managing enterprise security technologies and security operations programs
