Senior Data Analyst

The Senior Data Analyst will lead the design and delivery of advanced analytics solutions that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. This role requires strong technical expertise, business acumen, and stakeholder engagement skills to transform complex data into actionable insights.

This is a fully remote role, based in Poland.

• →Create reports by analysing data from multiple sources for various stakeholders
• →Lead the development of dashboards, reports, and data models to support business strategy
• →Perform deep-dive analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting standards
• →Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and reports
• →Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data analysis and visualization
• →Identify and implement process improvements using data-driven approaches
• →Present findings to senior leadership with clear business impact narratives
• →Maintain process documentation to support transparency and continuous improvement

• Degree qualified, preferably with a strong focus on business and technology
• 5+ plus years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and Google Suite tools
• Strong experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
• Proven ability to derive insights from complex data sets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High level of diligence, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables
• Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset
• Fluency in written and verbal English
