Mobile Maintenance Technician

 

  Join Our Team of Building Maintenance Professionals! We’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and tech-savvy Mobile Maintenance Technician to help keep our commercial properties in top shape throughout the St. Louis area. • Perform light repairs to doors, floors, ceilings, lights, plumbing, painting, and more
• Assist with inspections and preventive maintenance of building systems
• Maintain attention to detail both inside and outside of buildings
• Respond to work orders promptly using the FieldConnect work order system
• Jump into action during emergencies — safety is always priority #1
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with Property Managers, Supervisors, and Tenants
• Represent the company professionally and proudly every day 

 

  What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of building maintenance experience, preferably in a commercial office setting
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using computers, tablets, and mobile devices (this is a must)
• Excellent communication skills — able to interact professionally with teammates, property managers, tenants, and customers
• Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
• Knowledge of tools — both hand and power tools (saws, drills, etc.
• A dependable team player who can also take initiative when the job calls for it
