As a Residential Service Electrician, you'll diagnose electrical issues, perform repairs and upgrades, educate homeowners on their options, and deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
- Earning potential of $80,000 - $120,000+ annually

Requirements
~1 min read- Minimum of 2 years of residential electrical service, repair, and troubleshooting experience
- Experience diagnosing and repairing a wide range of residential electrical systems
- Strong understanding of residential electrical systems, installations, and repairs
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications
- Experience running conduit, wiring and terminating devices, and performing system testing
- Knowledge of electrical installations in both existing homes and new construction environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Maintain a professional appearance and clean company uniform
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Commitment to safety, integrity, and exceptional customer service

Responsibilities
~1 min read- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems accurately and efficiently
- Perform electrical repairs, upgrades, and installations in compliance with local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards
- Conduct thorough electrical system evaluations and safety inspections
- Present repair and upgrade options clearly and professionally to homeowners
- Educate customers on electrical safety, efficiency improvements, and available solutions
- Accurately estimate, document, and invoice repairs and installation projects
- Complete service documentation, including before-and-after photos and detailed job notes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment at every customer location
- Build strong customer relationships through exceptional communication and service
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and support teams
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures while maintaining a commitment to quality workmanship
