As a Seasonal Guest Services Resort Operator, you'll answer phone calls in a courteous and pleasant manner and refer guests to the correct extensions. With a pleasant and can-do attitude you'll address guest concerns in a friendly and warm manner.
Salary Range: $18.50/hr
Eligible for bonus and incentive compensation
This is a Seasonal position with targeted start and end dates:
- Season Start: As soon as possible
- Season End: October 31st, 2026
Hours will fluctuate as business levels rise and fall throughout the season. Peak season, with the most hours, is typically May – October.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Answering and referring phone calls on the main switchboard;
- →Courteous, timely and accurate when transferring calls, relaying messages and giving information to guests;
- →Receive and send guest faxes;
- →Photocopying;
- →Comply with Suncadia dress code and grooming policy;
- →Process guestroom reservations into Springer Miller during reservations office off-hours;
- →Absorb, understand and continually communicate Suncadia events and activities to guests;
- →Support Front Desk operations with physical coverage as needed;
- →Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
~1 min read- Must be 18 years of age or older;
- Ability to work well with others and function well in fast paced environment;
- Able to communicate well with staff and customers;
- Able to work flexible hours and days;
- Knowledge of property-wide facilities and services;
- Possess excellent telephone and organizational skills.
