Seasonal - Front Desk Agent

As a Seasonal Guest Services Resort Operator, you'll answer phone calls in a courteous and pleasant manner and refer guests to the correct extensions. With a pleasant and can-do attitude you'll address guest concerns in a friendly and warm manner.

Salary Range: $18.50/hr

Eligible for bonus and incentive compensation 

This is a Seasonal position with targeted start and end dates:

• Season Start: As soon as possible 
• Season End: October 31st, 2026

Hours will fluctuate as business levels rise and fall throughout the season. Peak season, with the most hours, is typically May – October.

• →Answering and referring phone calls on the main switchboard;
• →Courteous, timely and accurate when transferring calls, relaying messages and giving information to guests;
• →Receive and send guest faxes;
• →Photocopying;
• →Comply with Suncadia dress code and grooming policy;
• →Process guestroom reservations into Springer Miller during reservations office off-hours;
• →Absorb, understand and continually communicate Suncadia events and activities to guests;
• →Support Front Desk operations with physical coverage as needed;
• →Other duties as assigned.

• Must be 18 years of age or older;
• Ability to work well with others and function well in fast paced environment;
• Able to communicate well with staff and customers;
• Able to work flexible hours and days;
• Knowledge of property-wide facilities and services;
• Possess excellent telephone and organizational skills.
