Mid-Level Program Analyst

Culmen International is hiring a Mid-level Program Analyst to support complex acquisition and financial assistance initiatives through planning, assessment, and program improvement activities.

This is a talent pipeline position for future opportunities.

• →Develop project plans and implementation strategies.
• →Analyze operational and compliance issues.
• →Develop recommendations for organizational improvements.
• →Monitor program performance and outcomes.
• →Support policy development and implementation.
• →Coordinate stakeholder communications and reporting.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Six (6) years of relevant experience.
• Experience with federal government.
• Strong Excel skills.
