Weekend Shift - Saturday & Sunday 7:00am-11:00pm

- Demonstrates confidence when making decisions in the moment regarding Skills Based Treatment
- Completes and updates mandatory training and other licensure related items in a timely manner
- Attends mandatory staff meeting and other meetings as assigned
- Attends meetings, conferences, and workshops as recommended by the Intensive Autism leadership team
- Provides direct services to children
- Participates in Behavior Skills Training (BST), as needed or appropriate
- Assists during Practical Functional Assessments, as needed or appropriate
- Operates Damar vehicles and/or personal vehicles to transport clients or perform other work-related duties
- Completes incident reports, including reporting any suspected exploitation, abuse, or neglect of a client
- Serves as a member of Damar Services’ interdisciplinary team
- Prioritizes duties in a manner consistent with organizational objectives and growth
- Shows initiative by identifying solutions to work towards improving stakeholder satisfaction
- Acts as a good steward of Damar and/or client finances
Requirements
~1 min read- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience working with children with neurodivergence is preferred but not required
- Ability to pass and maintain Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) certification
- Ability to pass and maintain CPR Certification
- Minimum age of 21 per licensure requirements
- Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record that meets eligibility requirements of Damar’s insurance carrier (for all positions requiring driving)
- Be clear of any felony convictions, substantiated charges of neglect or other disqualifying criminal convictions
- Successfully complete a pre-employment physical
- Favorably meet and maintain Damar’s background screening
