Responsibilities

→Bachelor’s degree in professional clinical discipline (RN, PT, OT, SLP, MSW) from an accredited college or university, Master’s degree desired. Certification in specialty preferred.
→Two (2) years of experience in a direct supervisory role.
→Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
→Software skills: Electronic medical record, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.

Requirements

Experience in health care setting with working knowledge of medical terminology, electronic medical record and billing systems/software
Home care experienced desirable

Must hold at least one active unencumbered professional license in either VT or NH at the time of hire. Employees must have active unencumbered professional licenses in both VT and NH within 30 days of their hire date.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Current car insurance, which meets minimum standards
BLS within 90 days of hire
OASIS certification required within one year of employment
