Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with experience in inventory management, receiving, purchasing, or warehouse operations? Join our team as a Part-Time Seasonal Purchasing & Receiving Clerk at one of San Diego's premier 44-acre waterfront resort destinations.

In this role, you will help support the daily flow of products, supplies, and equipment that keep our resort operating efficiently while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Working closely with vendors, internal departments, and resort leadership, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate inventory control, timely purchasing, and efficient receiving operations.

• Previous experience in purchasing, receiving, inventory control, warehouse operations, hospitality, or supply chain management preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems, purchasing software, and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
• Ability to analyze information, resolve discrepancies, and follow established procedures.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift, carry, move, and receive deliveries as required.
• Dependable, service-oriented, and committed to operational excellence.
• Previous hotel or resort experience is a plus.
