Recruiter

As a Recruiter, you will assist Service Centers in the recruitment, hiring, training and onboarding of quality candidates.

• →Willingness to travel to various Service Centers, Career Fairs, School or Club presentations, and hiring events
• →Collaborate with the Recruiting Manager to align recruiting strategies to meet goals
• →Develop and source a strong pipeline of candidates using a variety of methods including social media, job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, search agencies, etc
• →Reviewing applications for candidates at various levels
• →Recruiting hourly employees and Interns
• →Interviewing applicants both in-person and virtually
• →Setting up interviews for Hiring Managers
• →Following up with candidates during the interview process
• →Advancing candidates through the Interview and Hiring Process in applicant tracking system
• →Creating Training Schedule for new employees
• →Assisting new hires with on-boarding and orientation at the Service Center level
• →Training new Service Center employees
• →Maintaining communication with Service Center leadership on staffing needs
• →Other duties as assigned

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Experience conducting interviews and reviewing applications is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Previous HR/Recruiting experience is a plus
