At Devereux as a BCBA, you will impact the individuals you are working with by unlocking their full potential on a daily basis. This is a 12-month position specializing in evidence-based behavior change for students with disabilities.
What you will do as a BCBA:
- Provide direct assistance to educational staff, administrators, behaviorists, students and parents in the areas of behavior change using Applied Behavior Analysis and addressing challenging behaviors of students attending Devereux schools.
- Provide individual and group trainings; conduct and support functional behavior assessments and analyses; develop positive behavior support plans; ensure fidelity of implementation of behavior plans
- Advise behaviorists, teachers and administrators regarding best practices and regulations
- Work as a collaborative consultant with school and agency personnel; provides expertise regarding behavior modification in complex cases; participates in IEP meetings; and becomes a member of the PDE behavior intervention committee.
- Provide services and documents that are compliant with federal, state, and local regulations for school based services. Services and documents are based on best practices within Applied Behavior Analysis, research validated methods, and PDE supported procedures and materials.

- BCBA annual compensation of $85,000-$96,900 (dependent upon experience)
- $2,000 sign on bonus for external applicants to be paid out over first 6 months.
