Our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are responsible for the daily care and supervision, support, and implementation of the client individualized service plans, development plans, transitional living plans, and programs. Staff will document the progress of clients on the shift as related to the individualized service plan goals. Staff will also assist with teaching and guiding the clients in the development of independent, social, and transitional living skills as designated in the service plans and program guidelines.
We are excited to announce we have broken ground on a brand new campus! Due to Devereux Georgia's history of success in treating victims since 2009, the state has chosen to use Devereux for their newly approved treatment program. The 24-bed program is a Child Caring Institution (Group Home) for traumatized females between the ages of 12 and 17.
Our new Child Caring Institution campus is located near the Gwinnett County Police Headquarters on Hi Hope Road.
Requirements

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; relationship management and multi-tasking skills are required.
Strong technical skills and ability to utilize in-house computer applications.
Valid Driver's License required; Satisfactory Drug Screen and Background Check results.
On-call, weekend availability and some holidays required.
You must be able to work every other weekend, as required.
